I've been there myself. Making weight for competitions and micro-managing every calorie misled me down a path of bad physical and mental health.

The fitness industry would have you believe that to be successful, you must obsessively weigh and track every macro down to the gram. I'm here to tell you THIS IS A LIE.

It's so easy for coaches to prey on insecurities or aspirations to you sell cookie-cutter macro targets and take your hard-earned cash. They want you to believe that you can't achieve greatness unless you hold yourself accountable to them and treat your body like a spreadsheet. But in the act of doing just that you lose touch with your body - the calorie counter nature gave you for free!

I'M NOT AN ATHLETE, CAN I STILL JOIN?
You don't have to be competitive to have an athletic mindset. This inclusive programme welcomes every body, and anyone with a desire to improve their fitness and mindset.
CAN I HAVE 1:1 COACHING TOO?
This course is designed to provide all the benefits of group coaching, including a safe, inclusive space where members can share their experiences and encourage each other through the process. There are other opportunities to work with Tamar on a 1:1 basis.
WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?
If you are unable to attend a class, don't worry. Recorded sessions will be provided via email so you can catch up at a time suitable for you.
GROUP COURSES MAKE ME NERVOUS. DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE?
There is no pressure to participate but it is strongly encouraged. As you learn through each live lesson you will have the opportunity to express yourself using the chat function. Live Q&A segments and group coaching calls will really enhance your personal journey (and that of others) if you can challenge the discomfort of getting on-camera and get involved. We are stronger together!
