MEET YOUR COACH
TAMAR
I'm Tamar, a mum of one. I enjoy long hikes through the countryside and short walks to the fridge.
Years ago I hired a sports nutritionist to prepare me for a powerlifting completion. Unfortunately I was treated like a spreadsheet and misled down a path of bad physical and mental health. It made me wonder; how many people start training or working on their nutrition to better themselves but end up worse-off from malpractice?

The experience convinced me to further my studies and find a better way. I qualified with an Accredited Diploma in Professional Sport Nutrition - with Distinction, and advanced to where I am today; at peace with my body, happily nourished, unrestricted and focussed on fuelling my busy lifestyle.

CAN I HAVE 1:1 COACHING TOO?
This course is designed to provide all the benefits of group coaching, including a safe, inclusive space where members can share their experiences and encourage each other through the process. There are other opportunities to work with Tamar on a 1:1 basis.
WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS?
If you are unable to attend a class, don't worry. Recorded sessions will be provided via email so you can catch up at a time suitable for you.
GROUP COURSES MAKE ME NERVOUS. DO I HAVE TO PARTICIPATE?
There is no pressure to participate but it is strongly encouraged. As you learn through each live lesson you will have the opportunity to express yourself using the chat function. Live Q&A segments and group coaching calls will really enhance your personal journey (and that of others) if you can challenge the discomfort of getting on-camera and get involved. We are stronger together!
WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE COURSE?
Just yourself and an internet connection. Links to join the live sessions will be sent in advance via email, along with digital handbooks and worksheets.
