WHERE CAN I GET MY BLOODS DONE?
Imperion Health work with trusted partner labs and phlebotomy services in multiple regions. Depending on your location, you can either visit a clinic or arrange for a mobile phlebotomist to come to you. Imperion Health will confirm your best available option when your test is ordered.
WHO HANDLES THE BLOOD TEST APPOINTMENT BOOKING?
Once your test has been ordered, you liaise directly with an approved collection partner to schedule your appointment.
DO I HAVE TO USE A SPECIFIC CLINIC?
Imperion Health collaborates with labs worldwide. Availability varies between regions, but Imperion Health will ensure you're connected to the most reliable and convenient option near you.
CAN I GET BLOODWORK DONE INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Imperion Health work with approved global lab partners, allowing you to complete testing from most countries.
DO I NEED TO FOLLOW ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE MY BLOOD DRAW?
Yes. You'll receive a short pre-blood protocol designed to help you prepare correctly and ensure the most accurate results possible.
DO I NEED TO HANDLE THE BLOOD SAMPLES MYSELF?
If your sample is collected at home, you need to return it to the lab via post/courier on the same day. If you attend a clinic, the staff will handle this process for you. Full instructions are provided based on your location.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY RESULTS?
Imperion Health usually receive your results within 48 hours, though this can vary depending on day of the week, region and partnering lab. Once your results have been received, Imperion Health will conduct an in-depth analysis and book a consultation call with yourself and Fuelled By Macros (please allow around 5-7 working days for this).
HOW FREQUENTLY SHOULD I HAVE MY BLOODWORK DONE?
It depends on your goals. Regular testing helps track progress, refine protocols and ensure continued optimisation.
ARE THERE AGE OR HEALTH RESTRICTIONS?
Testing is designed for adults aged 18 and above. Parental and clinical team consent must be obtained for under 18s.
DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL TESTING SERVICES?

Yes. You can work with Fuelled By Macros without premium bloodwork. However, consider that this clinical-grade data gives insight into internal physiology, stress load, nutrient status, hormonal balance, inflammation, liver function, digestion, immune health, and recovery capacity. Removing some of the guesswork and being able to tailor your bespoke nutritional needs with greater precision will fast track your health and performance results.
