Dark Chocolate Bounty Proats

Dive in to this deliciously decadent bowl of coconut and dark chocolate proats, the ultimate winter warmer and fantastic pre-training fuel!


Serves 3



  • 90g quality rolled oats (dry weight)

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

  • 200ml coconut milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar or honey

  • 3 scoops (90g) vanilla whey protein (a vegan alternative may be used)

  • 50g quality 85-90% dark chocolate, chopped

  • A handful of raspberries



  1. Place the oats in a saucepan and add 1 ½ glasses of water and the desiccated coconut. Bring to boil then reduce heat, and cook on a very low heat, covered for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.

  2. Remove the lid, add coconut milk, sugar and protein powder. Mix and remove from the heat. Adding in a splash more water if required to get a consistency you're happy with.

  3. Divide between bowls, sprinkle with chopped chocolate and raspberries to serve.
