Vegan PBJ Overnight Protein Oats

If mornings are rushed for you, there's nothing better than a grab-and-go breakfast that you can prep the night before. This classic flavour combo is a delicious way to start the day and with added protein, you're making gains too.

With a decent amount of carbs, fibre and fats, this provides sustained energy release ideal for eating 1.5-2 hours pre training.

Serves 2



  • 120g rolled oats

  • 1 scoop (30g) vegan protein powder (vanilla or peanut flavour)

  • 300ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp jam


  1. Simply add all the ingredients except the jam into a serving bowl. Stir well and cover. Place in the fridge overnight, by which point the oats will have absorbed the delicious flavours of the maple syrup and protein powder.

  2. When ready to serve, divide into 2 portions and add the jam on top.
