MEET YOUR COACH
I'm Tamar, a mum of one. I enjoy long hikes through the countryside and short walks to the fridge.
Years ago I hired a sports nutritionist to prepare me for a powerlifting completion. Unfortunately I was treated like a spreadsheet and misled down a path of bad physical and mental health. It made me wonder; how many people start training or working on their nutrition to better themselves but end up worse-off from malpractice?
The experience convinced me to further my studies and find a better way. I qualified with an Accredited Diploma in Professional Sport Nutrition - with Distinction, and advanced to where I am today; at peace with my body, happily nourished, unrestricted and focussed on fuelling my active lifestyle.
Every journey is personal and your nutritional needs are individualised. That's why everything I do is entirely bespoke. I help regular humans achieve superhuman results... are you ready?

1. Complete the purchase of your Happy Athlete Bespoke Plan.
2. Complete a detailed consultation.
3. Complete a 3 day food photo diary for analysis, via Telegram.
4. Book a 15 minute video meet with Coach Tamar.
5. Sit back and relax while I curate your life-changing bespoke nutritional plans.
6. Receive your bespoke plans and Happy Athlete Playbook.
7. Watch your video plan walkthrough.
8. Email Coach Tamar (up to 7 working days) after receiving your plans with any questions.
9. Get started, using the detailed 8 week online journalling system to track your progress.
10. Book in a 45 minute check-in with Coach Tamar.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
On receipt of your completed consultation and food photo diary, it takes up to 14 days to receive your completed package.
CAN I HAVE WEEKLY 1:1 COACHING TOO?
1:1 coaching is available and highly recommended for;
athletes in competition prep
nutritional rehabilitation and disordered eating
nutrition for specific health conditions
However, there is usually a waitlist due to my strict small client cap (I offer quality over quantity coaching!).
