Golden Turmeric Protein Latte (Vegan)

Many studies show that turmeric has major benefits for your body and brain. These benefits come from its main active ingredient; curcumin. Now you can enjoy these benefits, high-protein-style, with this delicious latte recipe.

Serves 2



  • 350ml almond milk

  • 1 scoop (30g) vegan vanilla protein powder

  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup



  1. Place all the ingredients into a protein shaker or blender and mix thoroughly until all combined.

  2. Pour into in a saucepan and continuously stir over low heat.

  3. Once hot, pour into cups and top additional cinnamon to serve. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
