Vegan Golden Turmeric Protein Latte

Many studies show that turmeric has major benefits for your body and brain. These benefits come from its main active ingredient; curcumin. Now you can enjoy these benefits, high-protein-style, with this delicious latte recipe.

Serves 2
Ingredients
350ml almond milk
1 scoop (30g) vegan vanilla protein powder
¼ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Maple syrup
Method
Place all the ingredients into a protein shaker or blender and mix thoroughly until all combined.
Pour into in a saucepan and continuously stir over low heat.
Once hot, pour into cups and top additional cinnamon to serve. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
